Tel Aviv: A 77 sq. meter, 3.5-room, first ground house with a 12 sq. meter balcony, storage room and parking, slated for demolition and alternative by a 90 sq. meter house in an city renewal program, though closing approval has not but been obtained, on Rama Road in Neve Sharet was bought for NIS 2.74 million (Actual Capital).

Yavne A 73 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground house on Hadror Road in Neot Ben Gurion was bought for NIS 1.71 million. A 166 sq. meter, five-room, second ground house with parking on Hadugit Road in Yavne Yaroka was bought for NIS 3.22 million. A 107 sq. meter, four-room, seventh ground house on Hashahaf Road within the Vatika neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.53 million. A 195 sq. meter, six-room, second ground house with parking on Hamashot Road in Yavne Hayaroka was bought for NIS 3.3 million. A 165 sq. meter, six-room, semi-detached home with a 204 sq. meter backyard on Mivtza Tashach Road within the east of town was bought for NIS 3.25 million.

Ma’aleh Adumim A 90 sq. meter, four-room, floor ground house on Ha’Oneg Road within the north of town was bought for NIS 1.16 million. A 150 sq. meter, five-room, third ground house with a 128 sq. meter backyard and parking on Hatzalaf Road within the Masua neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.9 million. A 130 sq. meter, four-room, first ground house on Hashita Road within the south of town was bought for NIS 2.13 million.

Beersheva and the south

Kiryat Malakhi A 58 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground house on Herzl Road was bought for NIS 890,000. A 122 sq. meter, four-room, third ground house on Ha’te’enah Road within the Karmei Hanadiv neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.8 million. A 88 sq. meter, four-room, second ground house on Rakefet Road within the Ganei Shmuel was bought for NIS 1.4 million.

Kiryat Gat A 106 sq. meter, four-room, third ground house owith parking on Eilon Hazvuluni Road within the Malkei Yisrael neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.45 million. A 74 sq. meter, three-room, first ground house on Shderot Lachish was bought for NIS 1.08 million. A 140 sq. meter, five-room, eighth ground house on Shderot Lachish was bought for NIS 2.96 million.

Omer A 199 sq. meter, five-room home on Nurit Road was bought for NIS 3.5 million. A 237 sq. meter, seven-room home on a 570 sq. meter lot on Rakefet Road was bought for NIS 3.9 million. A 130 sq. meter, four-room, semi-detached home on Hadar Road was bought for Nis 2.52 million.
