A 47 sq. meter, two-room, first ground condominium on Shmuel Yafe Avenue in Pisgat Zeev was bought for NIS 1.55 million. A 65 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condominium on Shmuel Yafe Avenue in Pisgat Zeev was bought for NIS 3.05 million. A 97 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground condominium with parking on Prof. Avner-Hai Shaki Avenue in Gilo was bought for NIS 3 million. A 136 sq. meter, five-room, first ground condominium with three parking areas on Gelber Avenue in Ramat Danya was bought for NIS 4.15 million.

Ra’anana: A 136 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condominium on Hativat Givati Avenue within the metropolis heart with two parking areas was bought for NIS 2.7 million. A 95 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condominium with two parking areas on Yaakov Orland in Neve Zemer was bought for NIS 3.52 million. A 141 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground condominium with an elevator and parking on Ayin Hillel Avenue in Neve Zemer was bought for NIS 3.42 million.
Or Yehuda: A 62 sq. meter, three-room, second ground condominium on Hashikma Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 1.8 million. A 241 sq. meter, six-room, fifth ground condominium with two parking areas on Hermon Avenue within the Bayit Bekfar neighborhood was bought for NIS 3.07 million. A 148 sq. meter, four-room, seventh ground condominium with parking on Cnaan Avenue within the Bayit Bekfar neighborhood with two parking areas was bought for NIS 2.59 million

Tirat Carmel: A 85 sq. meter, three-room, floor ground condominium with parking on Hadekel Avenue was bought for NIS 1.3 million. A 81 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condominium on Moshe Sharet Avenue was bought for NIS 1.3 million. A 69 sq. meter, three-room, third ground condominium on Herzl Avenue was bought for NIS 1.38 million.
Nof Hagalil: A 88 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condominium on Hahatzav Avenue was bought for NIS 1.2 million. A 72 sq. meter, three-room, first ground condominium on Tirosh Avenue was bought for NIS 850,000. A 101 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condominium on Stavanit Avenue was bought for NIS 2.05 million. A 84 sq. meter, three-room, third ground condominium on Hashikma Avenue was bought for NIS 950,000.
