The criticism quotes the exclusion: protection doesn’t apply to “‘bodily harm’ to: (1) ‘Staff’, ‘leased employees’, ‘short-term employees’, ‘volunteer employees’, statutory ‘staff’, informal employees, seasonal employees, contractors, subcontractors, or impartial contractors of any insured; or (2) Any insured’s contractors’, subcontractors’, or impartial contractors’ ‘staff’… arising out of and in the midst of: (a) Employment by any insured; or (b) Straight or not directly performing duties associated to the conduct of any insured’s enterprise.”
