This weekend, I meal-prepped issues for our dinners (plus a number of further enjoyable issues!). It feels SO good to have dinners largely completed for the week!
What I Meal Prepped
Taco Meat (2 kilos browned floor beef with one packet taco seasoning — I put aside a serving of the browned floor beef with out taco seasoning for Silas to make use of for a lunch this week. Monday — Ham & Beans (already made), Honey Cornbread, and Apple Slices
Tuesday — Spaghetti Casserole (already made), Do-it-yourself Rolls, Steamed Veggies
Wednesday — Dinner out for Kathrynne’s twentieth birthday
Thursday — Simply Naked Hen Nuggets, Do-it-yourself Bread, Tater Tots, Steamed Veggies, Applesauce
Friday — Taco Bowls (taco meat, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and selfmade tortillas)
Saturday — Leftovers or Frozen Pizza
