In a big escalation of unrest in West Bengal, Kolkata Police arrested 126 protesters, consisting of 103 males and 23 females, throughout a march in direction of the state secretariat, Nabanna, at the moment. Sukanta Majumdar, the President of Bengal BJP, introduced urging residents to take part within the normal strike scheduled from 6 AM to six PM tomorrow.

Majumdar condemned the incident, describing it as a grave concern for public security and demanded instant motion from the state authorities.
