Tel Aviv: A 86 sq. meter, four-room, fifth condo on Shlonsky Avenue in Neot Afekim was bought for NIS 3.64 million. A 57 sq. meter, three-room, second ground condo on Kehilat Canada Avenue in Jaffa was bought for NIS 2.04 million. A 70 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground condo on Shik Avenue in Neve Ofer was bought for NIS 2.16 million. A 52 sq. meter, two-room, first ground condo on Cordebiro Avenue in Florentin was bought for NIS 2.48 million.

Bat Yam: A 62 sq. meter, 2.5-room, first ground condo Ramon Avenue was bought for NIS 1.59 million. A 74 sq. meter, three-room, second ground condo on Szold Avenue was bought for NIS 1.8 million. A 120 sq. meter, four-room, sixth ground condo with parking on Yoseftal Avenue was bought for NIS 3.2 million. A 85 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo with parking on Katznelson Avenue was bought for NIS 1.9 million.

Or Yehuda: A 88 sq. meter, three-room, third ground condo on Pinkas Avenue was bought for NIS 2.74 million. A 68 sq. meter, three-room, third ground condo on Katznelson Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.9 million. A 138 sq. meter, five-room, first ground condo with a 186 sq. meter roof space within the Ayalon Hahadasha neighborhood was bought for NIS 4.45 million. A 123 sq. meter, three-room, first ground condo with a 90 sq. meter yard and parking on Ophira Avenue was bought for NIS 2.59 million.

Modi’in-Maccabim-Reut: A 93 sq. meter, three-room, backyard condo with two gardens of 30 sq. meters and 18 sq. meters on Dvora Haneviah Avenue within the Haleviim neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.4 million (Lahav Modi’in).

Yokneam Illit: A 113 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo with parking on Nof Yokneam Avenue was bought for NIS 2.05 million. A 95 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo on Haradofim Avenue in Moshava Hahadasha was bought for NIS 1.41 million. A 91 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condo with parking on Ortal Avenue in Givat Alonim was bought for NIS 1.64 million.
Jisr az-Zarqa: A 206 sq. meter, six-room, third ground condo was bought for NIS 4.4 million. A 149 sq. meter, 6.5-room, first ground condo was bought for NIS 1.14 million. All offers had been reported on the Israel Tax Authority web site.
