The receiver opposed the Movement to Permit on July 17, 2024, citing “quite a few flagrant and repeated violations of the TRO” and referring to “particular inappropriate recommendations” that his bills could be paid contingent on approving sure transfers. At a listening to on July 18, 2024, the receiver instructed the courtroom he could be “extraordinarily hesitant” to approve the transfers and was “fairly assured [the money] will likely be misused.” On July 29, 2024, the trial courtroom denied the Movement to Permit.
