Israeli comic and TV presenter Zvika Hadar is promoting his home within the Tel Aviv neighborhood of Tzahala. The home is being bought by actual property agent Rafi Kalina.
Hadar’s 340 sq. meter home, on a 400 sq. meter lot, contains eight massive bedrooms, a swimming pool, health room, cinema room, basketball court docket and an particularly massive safety room with its personal rest room suite and bathe.
Kalina, who focuses on high-end homes in Tzahala, says Hadar is asking NIS 16.5 million for the home.
Hadar advised “Globes,” “The kids have left the nest, and the home is large, and simply my spouse and I stay.”
