As a part of the upcoming transition, AIG will implement a refreshed North America management construction. Efficient Jan. 1, 2026, the next executives will report back to John Neal, incoming president of AIG: Allison Cooper, who can be promoted to co-president of retail, North America Business; Barbara Luck, who can be promoted to co-president of retail, North America Business, and Lou Levinson, who can be promoted to president of wholesale, North America Business.
