Filed on September 4, 2025, within the Jap District of New York, the lawsuit is making waves within the insurance coverage trade. Allstate and a number of other of its associates say they have been duped by a coordinated effort led by Thomas Sandgaard, Daniel Moorhead, Anna Lucsok, and two corporations – Zynex, Inc. and Zynex Medical, Inc. The criticism lays out a narrative that’s all too acquainted for insurers: an internet of allegedly false payments and paperwork for sturdy medical tools, or DME, that Allstate says was both not offered or not medically obligatory.
